Introduction: Brandon Humphrey

Hello everyone, my name is Brandon Humphrey. I am born and raised here in the Tri-Cities and have never left. I am a big sports guy and coach high school basketball, I also love to fish and hunt and am constantly going out, you can find me at my cabin enjoying the outdoors every chance I get. I got my general AA at CBC and then started my teaching degree through Heritage. I always knew that I wanted to get into teaching but if I'm being completely honest I dreaded the idea of having to go back to school for another two years after I had just finished my general AA, I wish I could just start teaching now and skip going back to school. I am excited to start my practicum to get myself some in-class experience, it will be interesting to see the things we have already learned in class in person at a school. My plan is that as soon as I finish my Bachelor's degree I will jump right into my Masters's degree for administration, I have always wanted to be a principal or athletic director one day. I am excited for the things we will learn this quarter and ready for the challenges ahead!
